SellerHUB LLC ("SellerHUB", "we") builds tools for independent sellers and service businesses, including BASIS, LISTER, DEPOSIT, LEDGER, DROP, HUB, PULSE, and DOSE (together, the "Services"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we never do with it.
We collect what the Services need to work, and nothing else. We don't sell your data. We don't run ads. We don't track you around the web. Card numbers never touch our servers.
To provide and improve the Services: signing you in, syncing with the eBay account you connect, generating listing content with Anthropic's Claude models from the photos and details you submit, sending payment requests and receipts you initiate, and sending service communications (like sign-in codes and payment notifications).
Payments in DEPOSIT are processed by Stripe. Card numbers are entered on Stripe's secure checkout and never touch SellerHUB's servers. Funds are paid to the business you're paying, not to SellerHUB. Stripe's handling of payment data is governed by Stripe's privacy policy.
Only the service providers that make the Services work, each bound by agreement to protect your information and use it solely to provide its service to us. When you publish to eBay or buy through Apple, those companies handle that information under their own privacy policies.
We never sell your personal information or share it for advertising.
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account and personal data at any time from inside the apps: in BASIS or LISTER, open Settings, press and hold the account row, then confirm. That permanently deletes your account and all of your data across both apps. You can also email privacy@sellerhub.llc and we will delete it for you. Either way we retain only records we're legally required to keep (for example, financial transaction records).
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. If you're in a region with specific privacy rights (such as California or the EU), we honor the rights that apply to you.
The Services are business tools built for adults running their own operations. They are not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact privacy@sellerhub.llc and we will delete it.
If this policy changes, we'll post the updated version here with a new effective date.
