SellerHUB LLC ("SellerHUB", "we") builds tools for independent sellers and service businesses, including BASIS, LISTER, DEPOSIT, LEDGER, DROP, HUB, PULSE, and DOSE (together, the "Services"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we never do with it.
We collect what the Services need to work, and nothing else. We don't sell your data. We don't run ads. We don't track you around the web. Card numbers never touch our servers.
To provide and improve the Services: signing you in, syncing with the marketplaces you connect, generating listing content through automated processing, sending payment requests and receipts you initiate, and sending service communications (like sign-in codes and payment notifications).
Payments in DEPOSIT are processed by Stripe. Card numbers are entered on Stripe's secure checkout and never touch SellerHUB's servers. Funds are paid to the business you're paying, not to SellerHUB. Stripe's handling of payment data is governed by Stripe's privacy policy.
Only service providers that make the Services work: payment processing, the marketplaces you choose to connect, email and SMS delivery, cloud hosting, and automated content-generation processing. Each receives only what's needed for its function. We may also disclose information if the law requires it. We never sell your personal information, and we don't share it for advertising.
We keep your data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by emailing privacy@sellerhub.llc. We'll delete it, retaining only records we're legally required to keep (for example, financial transaction records). An in-app deletion option is on the way.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. If you're in a region with specific privacy rights (such as California or the EU), we honor the rights that apply to you.
The Services are for business use and are not directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from children.
If this policy changes, we'll post the updated version here with a new effective date.
