Sign in happens through BASIS. Enter your email, and we'll send you a one-time code. Once you're in, the other apps (like DEPOSIT and HUB) sign in automatically from the BASIS app switcher. No passwords to remember.
Check your spam or junk folder first. The code comes from a sellerhub.llc address. Codes expire quickly, so request a fresh one if a few minutes have passed. Still nothing? Email us and we'll sort it out.
In BASIS, open Settings and choose to connect your marketplace account. You'll sign in on eBay's own page and authorize the connection. We never see your eBay password.
DEPOSIT sends your client a secure payment link. They pay on Stripe's checkout. Card numbers never touch SellerHUB. The money is paid out to your bank account through your Stripe account. You keep your price; the customer sees one clean total.
Email support@sellerhub.llc from your sign-in address and ask us to delete your account. We'll remove your account and personal data, keeping only records the law requires us to retain (like financial transaction records). An in-app delete option is on the way.
