SellerHUB LLC ("SellerHUB", "we") provides BASIS, LISTER, DEPOSIT, LEDGER, DROP, HUB, PULSE, and DOSE (together, the "Services"). These terms govern your use of them. Using the Services means you accept these terms.
You own your inventory, your photos, and your listings. We provide the tools. We don't take a cut of your sales, we don't claim rights in your content, and we don't sell your data.
You need an account to use the Services. Sign in happens through BASIS with a one time code sent to your email, so keep access to that address secure. Anyone who controls it can reach your account. You must be at least 18 and using the Services for a business purpose.
Subscriptions are sold through the Apple App Store and billed to your Apple Account. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you turn off auto renew at least 24 hours before it ends. You manage renewal, upgrades, and cancellation in your Apple Account settings, not in the apps.
Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms, not by SellerHUB. Request a refund through Apple. One time purchases, such as a bulk unlock, are sold and refunded the same way.
If a payment fails or a subscription lapses, access to the paid features stops. Your data stays with your account.
Subscription and purchase prices are subject to change. Price changes for existing subscribers are governed by the App Store's terms and require your consent where Apple requires it; you will be notified by Apple before any increase takes effect. Prices for new subscribers may change at any time. Promotional pricing is time-limited and does not create a permanent rate.
BASIS and LISTER connect to eBay through eBay's own sign in. You authorize the connection on eBay's page, and we never see your eBay password.
SellerHUB is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of eBay Inc., or of any other marketplace the Services work with. Each marketplace is a separate company with its own rules, and you are responsible for following them for anything you list or sell.
If a marketplace changes or ends access to the parts of its platform the Services depend on, features that rely on it may change or stop working. We will keep the Services running to the extent those platforms allow.
Use the Services for your own business, and not for any of the following.
We can suspend or close an account that does any of this.
Photos, listing text, inventory records, and business data you put into the Services stay yours. You give us permission to store and process that content only to provide the Services to you. We do not sell it, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not use it to build products for anyone else. How we handle it is described in the privacy policy.
We work to keep the Services running, but we do not promise they will be available without interruption. Apps, features, and integrations can change. Some apps in the suite have not been released yet, and nothing here is a promise that a particular feature will ship on a particular date.
The Services are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows.
SellerHUB does not provide tax, accounting, legal, or medical advice. LEDGER organizes your records, it does not file your taxes. DOSE is a reminder tool, it is not a medical device and it does not give health advice. Check anything that matters with a qualified professional.
To the fullest extent the law allows, SellerHUB is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost sales, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve months before the claim.
Some places do not allow these limits. Where that is the case, they apply only to the extent permitted.
You can stop using the Services at any time. Cancel your subscription through your Apple Account, and email privacy@sellerhub.llc to delete your account and personal data.
We can suspend or end access if you breach these terms, if the law requires it, or if we stop offering the Services. If we end the Services entirely, we will give reasonable notice where we can.
If these terms change, we'll post the updated version here with a new effective date. Continuing to use the Services after that means you accept the change.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, and you and SellerHUB agree to that jurisdiction.
